"Look! A firefly festival!" The inhabitants of Bavastria rejoice over the colorful sparks that whiz out of the earth and into the sky. But the heroes from the four neighboring worlds know they're no cause for rejoicing....
A few decades ago, the world of Bavastria was divided into four parts, which also divided the inhabitants into four groups and separated families and friends. For some time now, the borders of the countries have also been shifting every now and then at the whim of the evil Firefly King.
The shifts made their lives miserable. Aurelio from the Walnut Empire misses his grandfather from the Water Mushroom Kingdom. Fiona from Water Mushroom Kingdom can no longer go to her flying lessons in Dandelion Republic. Kiran from Dandelion Republic would love to hike to the Marmalade Waterfall again with his friends from the Pancake Oligarchy. Together they want to spend a nice day in the sweet, sweet waters. Aurora from the Oligarchy sits longingly at the border to Walnut Empire, wondering when this feeling of powerlessness and being locked up will finally come to an end.
The land shifts are happening more and more frequently. A cause for concern?
One night, the earth crumbles again. Our four heroes wake up from a troubled dream: "When the hot glowworm juice comes to the surface, the world is flooded with it, it glows brightly and ultimately disappears completely into darkness with all its inhabitants." The world is in danger of breaking up. Now it's time to put an end to this suffering.
Aurelio grabs a firefly hovering above him and puts it in his lamp. It yawns loudly and lights up brightly. At the same time, Fiona puts on her water shoes, which she uses to jump from glow-in-the-dark mushroom to glow-in-the-dark mushroom.
